The annual Asian Women in Leadership Summit is an interactive platform that enables industry leaders to exchange views, discuss policies and share experiences for women advancement and promote diversity & inclusiveness in workplace. It is a forum for like minded professionals both men and women who feel gender is an important organisational issue which impacts the profitability and overall health of institution and also impacts the social set up of a region.
The AWLS Objective
The idea is to incorporate women empowerment in the corporate structure in a meaningful way. Companies look at strategies on how they can channelize gender parity towards effective business growth. The focus is on helping leaders introduce a healthy work environment to guarantee long-term growth.
This summit brings together global business leaders, CXOs, Government officials and senior management staff under the same umbrella to discuss and devise strategies for meaningful movement.
